Reception staff very helpful especially Guiseppe who was very knowledgable and very helpful.

Pool was closed which was unacceptable. I booked this hotel for this reason it's summer time and hot that was a huge disappointment. Not happy about being refused a coffee at 11pm by arrogant bar attendant. WiFi should be free as eventhe paid service doesn't work very well.

It is incredible that there are still some hotels that charge the use of the wi-fi within theirs dependences: that is totally unacceptable.

Excellent location for exploring the Bologna region. Close to the train station, university and shopping district. Would stay there again.

A fantastic experience at this recently renovated and exceptionally clean hotel with highly professional staff providing efficient service, everything was just perfect.

Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to main train station and shopping streets. Quiet surrounds with lovely front area with gazebos and terraced area to enjoy a glass of proscecco.

On arrival we were waiting at least 20mins to check in. There appeared to be some mix up with a booking for the people before us and although there were other staff around some which seemed to be managers, no one offered to look after us.
